Clear Skye Properties, LLC was founded in 2018 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Since then we have expanded our business to three states. We seek to help every person we connect with, every investor that we serve, and every community that we touch. We are also expert problem solvers. We strive to improve the lives and circumstances of the people that we work with.
The "e" in Clear Skye is not an afterthought. It represents the family who began this business. It represents the heritage of this family and Scotland's Isle of Skye. Finally, the name Clear Skye is perhaps one of the most beautiful features of Grand Junction, CO, which is one of the most beautiful places on earth.
